It also provides package check-in and check-out functionality with the ability to capture pictures of packages, the scanning of package barcodes, adjust schedules, and manage user access levels.
EFFECTIVENESS:
The mobile application is well-received and well-used with over 10,000 active users. It has been so successful that customers have requested a resident-facing version that they can re-brand and use as a customer portal. This application is still in development.
