Provide a responsive web input form, a sophisticated routing algorithm, and a secure persistent data store to send rides to the best providers able to complete the ride (taking location and capabilities of transportation companies into account).

EFFECTIVENESS:

This tool has performed well and has scheduled over 5k rides (still in startup mode) over 3 years and still in active development.
